Bertrand Binois is a Multimedia Project Manager and, since 2007, Web designer for the Pas-de-Calais general council (North of France departmental administration). He attended SupInfocom, where he learnt Applied Arts, web design and human factor (ergonomics). He conformed pasdecalais.fr to RGAA.  

 

 

Summary


How to comply a network of website with RGAA, despite a poor institutional and financial support and only a few actors involved? Bertrand Binois give us an impassionate narrative of his experience.
